Thank you so much guys! :D It is weird, since I've been on MFP, I've never really given much thought to how much of various things were in my food. I would eat somewhat healthy (in regards to types of foods), but not realize I sabotaged it with too many carbs/sodium mgs/cals/etc. I noticed my clothes do fit better, but I…

That's the thing, I don't eat much processed food, except for if I eat out, but I eat out at "All Natural" places. Oh well, I guess I need to look more closely at those labels. :P

Fear of staying fat and being very sick. Also having PCOS and realizing that I need to DRASTICALLY change my diet and exercise routine.

Sweet, Navy Pier is perfect or maybe even Millenium Park (close to every L stop and the lake).

Yeah, MFP changed my life! I didn't realize how much "a little of this" and "a little of that" added up to be at the end of the day. Quite shocking. I even notice with all the portion control, you must limit condiments and toppings for certain things. It's crazy but an eye opener. I only got that one wrap b/c Au Bon Pain…

Yeah I have a lot on my stomach and arms/shoulders, they've been fading b/c I use coconut oil, Palmers cocoa butter PASTE (looks like Aquaphor), St. Ives Collagen Elastin lotion, and a CLEAN EATING diet/water/exercise. Once I'm down to my goal weight, I'm getting the lasting scars laser removed, as a reward for myself. :D…

Honestly, the last time I was at the doc, he suggested this too. That was my wake up call that made me realized, I need to really work my *kitten* off to NOT have to get surgery. I have PCOS, which makes losing weight an even bigger hassle than most have ever had. I started EATING CLEAN (no processed junk or anything…

Well, I bought a Nordic Track elliptical with a ramp that raises to the height that would also be perfect for stair climbing. It also has iFit which is awesome! Treadmills are boring, like running in place. Plus, it's easier on the knees if you've had problems in the past.

Body Fortress and Dymatize!

ahahaha... I actually read that as you like a woman's hair on a woman's back! ewww lol

Derek from Barney the Dinosaur and Mike (the Miz) from the Real World/WWE. lmfao

I like the padded tracks at the high school by my house. Running on concrete hurts a lot. I also prefer the elliptical over both though, less strain on my knee.

Add me! I'm ALWAYS on this thing! :P
-
I'm open to it!!! When do you plan on doing this?

LMFAO Nice one

Weightloss has it's ups and downs I guess. If they're cocky, be cockier.
