day 2 into my shakeology cleanse. lost 3.8 lbs so far. im doing this during my insanity recovery week. im concern about the food im going to eat after the cleanse is finish and gaining back the weight esp since ive a few b-days to celebrate this month. help! what to eat after this 3-day cleanse?!
