Looks good and a good reminder that I really should be doing cross/strength training to help my running. I would just add (seeing as how I REALLY need a rest day, and probably more, tomorrow after 6 days straight running) be prepared to listen to your body and maybe have on of your weekend rest days mid week instead. I…

A belated congratulations to everyone who gave it a go. It was soooooo much fun. I ran "with" my team from work (read: I ran with my partner and put the team hat and tshirt back on before the after party) and finished in front of my GM and CEO. Worth a few days walking rather gingerly on a sore knee.

In my first few days I used this site to record what I ate, not to restrict it in any way but to give myself an honest look at what I was eating compared to what I needed to be eating. It didn't take long for my brain to get around what I was doing to myself and it just clicked from there. Eat what you need to eat and…

I'm the queen of ebay at the moment. I've trawled through for a brand I know and snuck my way down the sizes from a large Aus 16 to a 10 for $10-$20 a pair for $100 retail work pants...... Yet I still have NOTHING TO WEAR every morning when I look in the wardrobe.

I have the Polar FT7 too. It can go swimming with you so a bit of sweat won't upset it.

29.87km to add. Sorry for not converting as I usually do, my phone (and conversion app) has died.

A link to Aussie stockist of Drymax. I haven't tried them but they are sponsoring the runs in Wangaratta next weekend and I'm very tempted. http://www.drymaxsocks.com.au/store/index.php

I'm in for 120km (74.5 mile) for Feb. i've got a 10km event right near the end for the month so I'm secretly hoping I smash my goal like I did in Jan. Thanks again for doing this and "Cheers" to everyone in this with me. You all inspire me. 16.09km (10mile give or take a smidge) already covered.

and finally 13.76km (8.55 mile) for a total in Jan of 117.41 (72.95mile)

Just 2.5km (1.55mile) to add, but it was with 220m down and up of stairs through beautiful breath taking forest and waterfalls racing with the rain today. I am lucky to live in an area with spectacular cliff and valley walks and I am so glad I am now fit enough to enjoy them, not huffing and puffing and cursing my way…

Weigh as much as you can. The fresh fruit/veg/meat counts should be pretty good. I have found quite a few of the pre packaged items to vary, sometimes a lot. Always double check what you scan with the info on the package. There can be differences between products of the the same name from different countries so keep that…

Another 15.5 km (9.44 mile) for me. Can't believe I have done over 100km walk/run. Thanks for the motivation.
-
13.11km (8.15 mile) since last check in. I guess I'm resetting my target to 100km :) Thanks again for this. I'm finding it to be great motivation.

8.08 km for the past couple of days

I started from the couch and I did my first 5k after week 6 of the C25K program. I did one paced one to convince myself it wouldn't kill me and pushed myself a few days later for a 37min result on a bush trail. I didn't manage to pick much more speed for the rest of the C25K weeks but I went straight on to C210K and I'm…

another 5.41km (3.36mile) run tonight. Ran out of light, not go. I've got my first 10km fun run in 5 weeks in my sights and it had better be scared.

Another 5.2km today in stupid heat. That's 8.5 miles of my goal 46.6 (I hope that helps, and that my math is right)

8.5Km so far (and a warning from my Osteo to not over do it (shhhhhhhhh no one tell him..OK?)) There were a couple of people asking about the tickers. Go to tickerfactory.com and follow the steps. At the end the BBCode is the one to copy and then paste here.

This is my first go at this. I'll put my hand up for 75km running/walking (about 46 mile I think).

Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS to everyone in the previous posts. I finished C25K Week 9 yesterday and stretched it out to do the 5km (actually I'm pretty sure my GPS tricked me into an 200m but that is just a bonus) in 37 min. I ran my first 5km fun run after week 6 in 47mins so I'm absolutely stoked. I'm starting on C210K…
