I have invested in a heart rate monitor... It does all the calculations for you... they are very easy to work with.. :flowerforyou:

Invest in an HRM. They are awesome, and you don't have to guess at calories burned, because most of them record heart rate, calories burned,etc... GOOD LUCK... :drinker:

Try thinking of this journey as a Lifestyle..., not a DIET..... And basically it should be for the rest of your life, if you want to stay healthy. I quit using that four letter word a long time ago. and it has helped me alot...:bigsmile:

use the people at the gym... that is why u joined and that is why they r there.. i was scared too, but i asked a couple of questions,and viola, i'm i weight lifting machine... lol not quite but i know what to do when i walk up to a machine now... good luck..
