I've experienced that too. My doctor suggested I increase my water intake and it worked. Hope that helps. Good luck on your journey. Don't give up. You can do this!!

I'm confused. My calorie goal is 1200/day. Everyday I am over that because of my calories earned by exercising. I will pass on that part of the challenge. I will do the exercise portion. Happy journey all.

Hi I just joined the challenge today. I pledge to walk 15 miles in September.

I have tried it and yes it does work. I eat salad ( no meat) when I use it. I have followed the recipe but what I like most is vibrant cleanse. It is convenient; all you do is add water. The longest I've used it is 10 days at a time. I hope this helps. Good luck!!!
