2 years ago I started at 289 and I am 5ft 2in...I started with plain old walking and then moved up to elliptical...then I broke out the Taebo (original) dvd :) Now I have been doing Beachbody workouts...but I am making a change to try Zumba next week...I have hit a plateau!!

Well 8 months away from 35...but I have 4 kiddos (14,10,8 and 7) I have found the Beachbody (no I am not a spokesmen) workouts are best for me because I get a handy little chart that tells me exactly what to do...I have enough on my plate, I like that the workouts are already planned :)

you can do it!!! I am in the same club started out at 289 (yikes!!!) on a 5ft 3 in frame, started slow...main thing I have found out is to be uberflexible with you timeline. I wanted this to be a year long journey, but I am now starting on year 3 and I am so glad I stuck with it!!! This is the year :)

YES!!!! I have noticed this past week most of my calories are in the snack catagory :( I have been over my amount for 4 days!!! I need to break it....I am like an addict with this stuff :(

I am about 5ft2 and pear shaped...maybe thats is why it takes so much weight loss to notice??

Good Luck, I am on week 4 so far I have gained weight (4 lbs) but after logging into this website after a few months and putting my foods in I now know why...I was eating too much!!! I modify and go at about 1/2 speed...good luck!!!
