interested looking to lose lbs while my husband is away @ basic training/.

i want to lose around 40 lbs. my goal is 150 s ish. Before my portion control was way out hand. i really notice what i put into my mouth. (with the help of mfp) im finally in the 100s again and i dont want to back if i can help it.

I live in the south also and i know exactly what you mean, everything is fried or smothered in something which = weight gain and calorie packed meals. While they taste good most meals are very unhealthy. Growing up all i would eat is meat, and i never would even give vetegables a chance unless it was vetegables like broc.…

I dont drink sodas anymore but I NEVER could drink "root beer" root beer is gross too me, and salt and vinegar kale chips are a no also
