  • For my breakfast today, I had 2 Chobani Black cherry yogurt cups, and 1 1/2 cups of black cherries, plus 8 oz of cranberry juice cocktail, and a glass of water. I did not get the mid-morning munchies due to the amount of protein in the non-fat yogurt. If I had, I would have had a small piece of fruit and some water.

  • Use a sprinkling of either lemon juice or cider vinegar and a few drops of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, some freshly-ground black pepper, and just a half a pinch of coarse sea-salt, plus any other herbs and spices you may enjoy.
