Lol so true!

I am happy doing either really. We used to have a cross trainer at home which was great and I used it a lot, but we moved to a smaller apartment so it's become a bit impractical. I recently joined a 24 hour gym which is perfect for me because I can't always get to the gym during 'normal' hours so if I do want to go late at…

I tend to go to bed quite late so I do go to bed hungry sometimes because I don't think I should be eating at 1 or 2 in the morning if I can help it! I try and stop myself from eating after midnight - I'm like a gremlin  It doesn't always mean I'm hungry when I get up though which I find strange. I am usually very…

I ordered a box but didn't need a discount code for a free box which is kind of weird! It's coming today so will be able to let you know more soon

1637.6 + 8.4 = 1646 lbs

Oh that's such a toughie - I hate it when co-workers bring in sweets, it just makes you so tempted! Luckily these days I don't have to deal with it much as I'm only in the office once every fortnight but I used to have to deal with it all the time. First of all, I started brining in my own healthier snacks (usually…

I used to drink it a lot but I've stopped myself lately because water is cheaper and healthier. I haven't noticed much of a difference to be honest!
-
Yep I probably have a night like that about every two weeks. I think as long as you're within your calories, enjoy! :drinker:
-
Wow what a transformation! And a true inspiration to the rest of us
-
Wow, great job! Definitely inspirational
-
That's a great idea! Stolen

I'm from Birmingham  (UK, not Alabama)

My motivation is to fit back into my made to measure clothes (I have two corsets and two dresses) without feeling like a sausage roll! However, the only problem I foresee is that I may come out the other side being too thin for them! My solution is to make my reward more made to measure clothes

I tend to eat a boiled egg almost every day - I had an unbroken spell for ages but yesterday I didn't have one so I've done it now! Edit: and of course I drink coffee every day
-
I tend to have some toast with my egg because I find just eggs alone won't keep me full for long. But I don't see why two boiled eggs would be a bad breakfast - though some people recommend you don't eat more than a certain amount. Ooh just found this on the UK Food Standards Agency website: "If you are eating a balanced…

That is just crazy! I'm so glad I don't work in that kind of office environment any more...

I've been to the gym nearly every day this week so hopefully I will have a good loss this week too! We shall see on Saturday... :indifferent:

The best thing to do is count your calories, making sure you stay below your limit which MFP should calculate for you. If you can fit in some exercise and earn yourself some extra calories, all the better as it will make you fitter too. There is some debate about whether to eat the calories you earn from exercise but I do…

I have a polar F11 and it's awesome - my boyfriend has the same one and ours have never broken.
-
Yeah I do love my Polar HRM I must say, it's awesome  I find that the machines are inaccurate the other way though, they say I've burned less. I am finding that I am having to work so much harder to push my heart rate up - I must be getting fitter!
-
Well done that's brilliant!
-
I had a diet coke instead of an alcoholic drink after work yesterday
-
I got a Polar F11 from Boots.com (I live in the UK) for about £70 which was a great price at the time. I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend getting an HRM if you can afford it.
-
Whooo well done to everyone for doing so incredibly well! And thanks to Rosy for putting that table together - I didn't even know my percentage loss so that was interesting  Come on Southern Softies, we can do it next week!!
-
Custom made corsets are the best  I have one though it doesn't fit very well atm :frown: I don't know my chest measurement but my waist is 38 inches atm and my hips 44. I have a big stomach blegh
-
Well done, that's an excellent loss! I recently entered the 14 stone zone so I know the feeling
-
Wow, what a transformation. You have definitely inspired me and it looks like many others are inspired too!
-
Damn I wish this worked for UK peeps too *jealous*
-
Haha yeah my Facebook is being neglected too atm but then no-one on there really knows/cares that this is so important to me. Where else can I have random conversations about splurging on chicken nuggets anyway?!

Hi everyone, My results for this week are: SW: 212 CW: 207 So that's a total loss of 5 lbs  Well on track for 10 lbs before Valentines day I reckon!
