Because you are obviously NOT at a calorie deficit! YOur body keeps an accurate log regardless of what you write down.

Stop eating so much goddamn food!

OMG where is that turquoise bikini from!??!

If anything, you're leaning towards not enough rather than too much. However, if you're not consumed with hunger all day I'd give it another coupld of weeks before chaning anything. Your calories burnt from exercise looks like overestimates though, so be wary of that. This website overestimates. You can look up calorie…

Yeah Paris Marathon in April. This is the first tim I've felt unenthusiastic for the impending 3hr20 training run on my own in the cold. Forgive me ;)

:-)

Running is so much easier And my fat areas don't get cold when I run now (cos they are less fat) Also I can feel my tail bone which is GROSS
-
I'd log as circuit training. If you had a HRM on that can help with estimated calorie burn. Then I'd mannually type in the notes section exactly what you did.

A slice of whomeal toast? You're gonna be hungry tomorrow!

I would definitely agree to avoid it, as it's destructive for you. You can make progress without the scale, and the scale is NOT a direct measure of progress.

have you moistened the sensors where they touch your skin? (i.e. gobbed on the strap...)

thank you

Your abs look awesome already!

Warning; it's very easy to overestimate calories burnt, eat them all back, and not lose weight. That's my advice.

My personal opinion, is that if you reduce the fat in your diet (but keep the total calories the same) you will see the weight loss. Your fat is reasonably high, as in like a "normal maintainance" diet. You do need fat but when you're trying to lose weight 70-90g/day is too much. And quit with the reeces peanut butter cups!

I'm amazed that so many people have dignified the original rude post with a reply.

They are very different problems! If you have knee pain you should probably get your knee examined by a dr.

You're clearly a troll. BEING A WOMAN MYSELF (unlike you) I find it very easy to build bicep mass, particularly when starting with not very much. So go find something else to 'know all' about.

A week in the life of my marathon training (this past week) Mon - spinning, squat rack, core routine Tues - off Wed - Spinning, Body Pump Thursday - Hill reps run, covering 10k Friday - off Saturday - 21.6 mile run Sunday - Body Pump

Who are you to criticise whether a woman looks too thick? She clearly lifts weights and has great muscle definition. She hasn't cut all her body fat down so perhaps why you think she looks a little bulky. I think she looks fit. Good for her.

in body pump class we use relatively low weights with high reps, and if i work hard i can ache for days after and my muscle definition has improved so much from it!

Your doctor can refer you to a qualified dietician who can help you choose the right foods for a low calorie diet, to ensure you still get enough nutrients and protein to maintain muscle mass. You CAN do this, many have before you, you just have to keep going.

The fact this thread even exists is p*ssing me right off.

Don't run so much!

Yeah, start with booking a session with a trainer at the gym

for me, I already eat a deficit if I am not exercising - I have 1100-1200 cals a day. If I exercise (which I do most days), i eat extra but try to underestimate my calories so I don't gain/the weight loss speeds up a little. But if i didn't eat extra my net would be less than 1000 each day which is not sensible. So it…

When people are giving their stats do they generally mean what weight do they use for their sets? Or is this the max they can do (1 rep max)? I'm currently squatting 50kg ten times for 3 sets, think I could go up, but don't know what my 1RM would be...

Dont do anything which could impair the healing (ie don't do ANYTHING which hurts the fracture) - scaphoid fractures are risky as the bone has a poor blood supply and there is a risk of something called "avascular necrosis" - google it.

loving this thread!

I actually have retained cereal - I have all bran or weetabix because they're low GI and have the lowest added sugar out there. I weigh my portion and add a few raisins, and breakfast comes in <300cals.
