^^ This Whole foods are lower in calories and keep you fuller longer. Nothing wrong with subway from time to time, but you're better off preparing your own stuff and incorporating more whole foods.

I'm 5'1" also and my goal weight is 110lbs... or at least look like I weigh 110lbs. My current weight is 141lbs but I have boobies, a booty and thunder... THUNDER... Thunder thighs! OOHHHHHH!

My surprisingly low calorie meal (well, lower than I expected) was a slice of NY pizzeria pizza at about 180 calories. JOY! A Kit Kat bar has more calories than that.

I try to aim for mostly fruits, but for a real treat I aim for one that is made with as little processed food as possible. One of my favorites is home made baklava. Usually, the filo dough is the only processed thing, but it's sweetened with honey, contains pistachio nuts, etc. Not that I don't enjoy my processed sweet…

LOL I love this thread! Fantastic idea! I've lost an average human skin and have the amount of cheese the average American consumes in a year left to go. How fitting. Cheese tends to be my biggest vice!

Right. Sugars, like fats, have their good sides and their bad sides and your body responds differently to the different kinds. In my humble opinion, you're doing great. You can do weights plus cardio. That'll actually get you to your goal faster. Think of the fat layer like this: Cardio burns the fat from the outside in and strength training burns the fat from the inside out.

I noticed the same when I logged my strength training. If you type strength training under the cardiovascular option instead of the strength training option, it'll roughly calculate how many calories you burned according to the duration of your workout. Hope that helps!
