I eat mostly vegan, so most of my protein sources are soy-based. It's been this way since I was 12, so nearly 8 years now. I've noticed no adverse effects.

Girls who take photos of themselves pretending to work out. (either work out or leave no one wants you here anyway) Girls who come in hair done makeup done pretending to work out (no the cute trainer doesn't care about you so stop) Self entitled brats that come with their friend and ask you to get off your cardio machine…

I am 5'0" and am looking to lose about 10 more pounds. You're all welcome to add me, but I must warn you that I am a recovering bulimic...so we can't expect perfection and the epitome of health. But at least I'm trying.

could be something you searched... most of my ads are for Forever 21, Victoria's Secret, and Jillian Michaels or Insanity.

I'll make it 2,400 of Dunkin' Donuts. If I can find one near my college, that is. I'm kinda down for this challenge...

I hate Krispy Kreme, can I just run the five miles instead??? ;)

Not my cup of tea [obviously to see my actual photo you'll have to click through to my profile.]

Honestly, it depends on a few things. Personally, I hate a doctor's scale...because by the time I've gone there, I've usually had a meal, plus clothing and jewelry and all that junk that adds...(I'm really short, every ounce counts) but there are a few things you should look into: 1. How nice is your scale? A $10 scale…

I would go ahead and log it anyway. It's better to keep track. That's how I think. I like to be pretty honest with myself. And yes, on Weight Watchers you don't have to log most fruits or vegetables. They're "zero points."

It's a problem I think a lot of us have, from the scratches on our throat due to purging :/ Might as well talk to your doctor about it. I get sore throats a lot and lose my voice rather quickly.

It's only hard because you're making it hard. No one is going to force garbage down your throat. If you want to eat healthy, you'll find the options. If not, you won't. It's that simple.

@pxpwop must like traveling (posted this after you already replied to the person above you. first one was meant for her)

It's not necessarily true. It's where your body stores fat. Like, I have a 32DD cup size. I lost 20 pounds a few years ago, and my boobs are the same size now as they were before I lost the weight. It also relies heavily on genetics, which is what I believe allowed me to keep my lovely boobs, as all the women on both sides…

What type of surface are you weighing on? Is your scale on a hard, flat surface? If not, this could be your problem. Also, are you doing it in the same spot every day? If none of these things are the problem, I'd say invest in a better scale.

clothes, piercings, tattoos, and makeup. I never reward with food...it seems counterproductive.

I just go ahead and look my most unattractive at the gym. I'm not there to socialize or hang out, I'm there to workout. If I look like a hobo, then whatever.

I'm a huge nintendo girl :) I love Pokemon ;D I also really like xbox, but the only time I can play is when I'm with my boyfriend.

You look great. It really flatters your curves :) You have a lovely figure.

Depended on the house, really. In one house, I usually just walked downstairs and out the front door. In the house I just left, I either went out the back door in the living room, the back door of my parent's room (if my mom wasn't in there), and I took the storm screen off the window to have someone sneak in. But…

don't believe everything Dr. Oz says...my mother does, and it's ridiculous. Apparently one day on his show, he said not to put anything in an open cut that you wouldn't put into your eye...total BS, btw. Plus, even though my stepdad is a heart surgeon, some of the diet tips or diets he has on there my stepdad will even say…

I'll work on posture and lowering sodium and a few other things... but to those of you who suggested things like gluten allergies and whatnot, I'm pretty sure I'm just fat. In fact, I know I'm fat.

I'm 5'0 and I have been a DD since I was 14. Im 18 now. My bra size hasn't budged...and in the past four years my weight has gone all the way down to 110 and been as high as 140. My mom is the same way, so I think it's genetic...however, I have a friend who was a D at 150 pounds and by the time she got down to 120, she was…

considering I'm asking for legitimate advice and said I was trying to recover, yeah, I think I'll be okay... I'm not some idiot girl who wants to lose 20 pounds in like a week so I can look good at some beach trip and is asking for starvation tips. I'm still going to have my bad days when I regress back to my old ways, but…

lots of fresh veggies...carrots, peppers (sweet and spicy!), lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, squash, zucchini, peas, etc. fruits like apples, bananas, kiwi, strawberries, mango, blueberries, sweet cherries, oranges, etc. tea! tea is really good for you. I like green tea with a packet of splenda and a small dash of cinnamon or…
