I've had very good results -- within two weeks my mom said I looked slimmer. I paired it with diet and also I run 5 miles/day. You don't burn a ton of calories on it, but it's a great 20 minute circuit workout! I LOVE it.

I would definitely say to cut out as much soda as you can and replace it with water. If you're talking about intermittent fasting, perhaps. but if the fasting you're talking about is just not eating for days at a time, NO. You can't target/spot-reduce. You can do stomach exercises, which will strengthen the muscles, but as far as strictly losing fat from your stomach, you can't. It's just got to be an overall, slow process.

Well it's a hell of a lot easier to eat "unclean" and b*tch that you're gaining weight, plus all of that junk has a ton of calories and sugar and salt which isn't good for you...so I prefer clean to unclean because it's better for your body.
