I agree with you 100%! I am 5'1" and my doctor is who told me to set my calories per day to 1200. And that's not including exercise. And as of this morning, I have almost lost a full 16 lbs.

Well, my doctor just told me to lower my calorie intake to 1200 instead of 1350. Than if I don't see a change within 2 weeks, I have to call back, make an appointment to see her.

How many calories per day were/are you on when you were on Celexa and now Zoloft? I am on 1350 calories per day and I burn a minimum of 200 calories per day too.

Should I lower my calorie intake from 1350 to 1200 than? I do some type of exercises every day.

See, my doctor told me that Celexa wouldn't make me gain weight. And since I have been on it since November I have gone from 128 to 149 and I can't seem to lose. Either Mexican Chicken breast w/ white rice or Crockpot Chicken with blach beans and cream cheese with wild rice. And maybe my cucumber, tomato, onion salad. YUMMO!!!

Try raising you calorie intake from 1,000 per day to 1200. I raised mine from 1200 to 1350, and after 2 weeks of not losing, I am losing again.

^^ Agree - My BMR through MFP is set at 1315 and I set my daily goal at 1350. But if I don't loose any weight soon, I will move my daily goal up to 1400.
