I have this same problem. What I usually do is I will either do my walking at lunch or take a 20 minute break during the afternoon and walk here at work too. I usually try to get out of the house no later 6:15pm to be finished by 7:15. But that is another reason why I have started doing workout videos at home because of it…

Don't give up!! You will find it harder to restart once you are ready to do it again. I have almost done the same but with the help of my friends on here, Facebook, friends in my life and my hubby, I have stayed with it.
