  • Good lifts Samantha, I'm at about the same place as you in the program! Squat: 44x5, 65x6, 95x3, 120: 4/4/4/3 Row: 3x8 @ 65 Bench: 77.5 lbs, micro plates should help me for a while. Also threw in some higher rep front squats.
