Don't work out if your blood sugar is low! That's just asking for trouble. Always test your numbers and make sure you're at least 100 when you start working out. And if you start feeling yucky during exercise, stop and test your numbers. If you're low, eat something and wait until it's back up to continue. I have severe…

It is important to eat slow and enjoy your food, but I can't do it!! I've been trying really hard, but I eat so fast. I just love eating!! haha I'm going to keep trying.

I plateau-d for 6 months on 1200 calories. I upped to 1600ish, and cut back exercise time, while increasing intensity, and started losing weight again. I get so hungry now, I have no idea how I was surviving on 1200!!

When I was 113 pounds I maintained on 2500 - 3000 calories a day. No joke! And I couldn't put on weight. Then I got really sick, had a bunch of medical problems, couldn't get out of bed, and put on 100 pounds. I maintained at 213 for only a couple months at 2300 calories, and then started losing weight right away.

I'll have to try one of these out!! I've had a horrible time finding a good sports bra. I've lost 94 pounds but my breasts are still large and working out can be painful and annoying!

The Special K food does not have any special ingredients to make you lose weight, it's just cutting way back on calories. I could never do that "diet," I'd be starving! Count up how many calories their diet allows you and eat real food instead.

Have you ever had your potassium levels checked? It is hard to become deficient in potassium, we get quite a lot through our diets. Yep! I cannot workout hard early in the day. I always exercise after dinner, usually around 10 pm - or later!

I have severe hypoglycemia. Eat enough. That is #1! If you're not eating enough to fuel your body, you will crash. Also, fiber, protein, more fiber, more protein, rinse, repeat. I did try it. My legs were pretty tired, but overall calorie burn, it seemed kind of like a waste of time. I don't know, I think I'd rather do a different weights workout! It's on my schedule for today, so maybe I'll try it again.

You've got to mix it up. Do new exercises, increase intensity of your work outs (not necessarily time, since you're so busy, but adding length can help), eat new foods, try calorie cycling.....mix it up!

My fiance was on that and gained a ton of weight, but he was also very sedentary during that time. Once he started working out and eating right. while on the drug, he lost 40 pounds.

Body fat is more important than weight. Measure your body fat (calipers, they are inexpensive) and try to get down to a healthy body fat percentage for your age.
