Help :)

I should clarify, for my cheat day, it's like half a cheat. I track breakfast and lunch, eating my usual foods, and then go out for dinner. I don't go crazy, I just can't imagine that one meal is erasing my deficit. I track everything, ever bite of something, etc. I don't drink anything with calories. Argh!! I feel like my…

I don't know. Maybe? Would that affect as far away as the hip? When I press on the top of the hip bone it's tender, but the pain when stepping on that leg is between the hip bone and bum. It's hurts and I don't know what to do to help it!

Could you be dehydrated? How's your blood pressure? Any heart issues? Definitely go see a doctor.

I've lost a ton of weight, all while being very Vitamin D deficient. I was just prescribed 50k iu weekly....let's see what happens! Hopefully I won't gain weight like that other poster!

I always exercise barefoot - I cannot stand wearing shoes while working out!

I was on Atenolol, a similar beta blocker, and didn't adjust my exercise. I started out on Propranolol and it made me really tired (which is why I switched), but other than that, I could exercise fine. Keep up the good work with your exercising and weight loss!

Congratulations! You are amazing!

I did it - it was okay. I didn't lose any weight doing it, but I think I did gain some strength. Wasn't my favorite. I like her other programs better. I should add, when I did it I didn't have a huge amount of weight to lose.

5'3" 117 pounds Currently eating 1600-1700 per day, planning on upping to 1800, maybe more, and hoping to maintain there. I exercise about 2 hours a day.

I was quite fit when I started Insanity, but you don't have to be. Don't go as fast as the people in the video, go at your own pace, pause when you need to, and work up to it. You'll be proud of yourself as you see your stamina, strength, etc. improve. Finishing the workouts will give you a sense of accomplishment and…

Thank you so much for your responses!! I have been dealing with this silently, and it's gotten so bad it's getting in the way of my life, and the things I want to accomplish. Enough is enough! Glad you two are feeling better :)

I weigh every day, and thankfully I'm always consistent, unless I go down. I've tried to cut back on my weighing frequency though, it's not good for my mental health :)

Way to go!!!

Did find this: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3024385/ But it sort of makes sense to me....It still has quite a bit of the carbs in it....

I just completed Insanity last night, and throughout the whole program I did extra cardio and weight training. I would pop in a weights DVD afterwards, or do free weights by myself. I'm going to start round 2 of Insanity, and am planning on doing P90X with it. I've read a lot of people do ChaLean Extreme with Insanity.

At the beginning I lost about 5 pounds a week, then after a month or so it leveled off and went down to 2 pounds. Once I hit around 40 left it was one pound a week, and now it's verrrrry slow.

Your weight is so close to goal, that the weight loss will go very slowly. Just keep doing what you're doing and it will eventually come off. Focus more on inches lost (fat loss), then the number on the scale. I'm so close to goal, sometimes I don't lose an ounce for a month, and then other times it goes a little quicker.…

Honestly, people will look at you - and they will be thinking "good for her!" You are doing something awesome for yourself, and others see you being healthy and active, caring about yourself, being awesome, and they think nothing more of it. Keep rockin' it out and be proud of what you're doing!!!

Way to go! :)

I'm not just a night eater, I'm an all day grazer. I've found it helps to keep the kitchen loaded with healthy, lower calorie options, so when I feel like snacking, I can do it in a healthy way. If it's boredom, try distracting yourself. Often you'll forget about the food and be just fine!

I went from 1200 to 1500 - 1600 and lost 4.5 pounds pretty quickly! And being so close to goal, I was really surprised by that. Stalling out for me now though....I'm thinking about upping again. I work out a lot, too. It feels so good to fuel myself! :) Good luck!
