Thanks guys!! I honestly cannot believe it's been 2 years. Even though I've been working so hard, it's gone by so fast.

That was great! Thanks for posting. While I was fat I didn't have my picture taken once. Now I have no visual memories of all these wonderful things that happened in my life. It really makes me sad.

I'm consciously doing that now, but I never had an issue with it before? It just started out of nowhere. I'm wondering why...
-
Oh no! I don't want to lose a toenail just months before my wedding!! haha I'm on a tight budget, but I guess I better pick up some new shoes. :)

You look fabulous!! Way to go! Enjoy that single digit!

This isn't the past, and you aren't going to repeat your mistakes. You will keep going, losing weight, eating healthy, and you will reap the rewards!! Be proud of what you've accomplished and become excited for what the future holds. You're doing great and will continue to do great!

Maybe that has something to do with it as well - but I don't feel that way about my body! Well....some days. But other days I think I look thin...but that's in real life. In pictures, I am horrified with how I look!! Sad, really.

Yes, I started Insanity! I was working out hard before, but Insanity is a whole other level of intensity. :)

That's a good point. It could just be me being insecure. But when I compare photos from 3 years ago to now, I see a huge difference - as in my face is huge and weird looking now. But that could be in my head. Sigh. And, I have no "before" photos. I was only that fat for a brief period, thank goodness!, so I didn't let…

If you gained 7 pounds of fat, that means you ate over 24,000 calories over maintenance. I doubt that happened! Just water retention, as you said, you normally hold onto water during this time. Just keep up with what you're doing!
-
Like heybales said, it is not real fat gain. It's probably water retention from exercise or from eating more. When you start increasing calories it is common to see a small gain that should equalize back out in time.

Hi, a lot of people on here do suggest a reset. I did not do one and have had great results, started eating more and lost weight right away. I was eating much too little for a year or so I'd say. How long has it been for you? If it's been a couple years, a reset would probably be a good idea.

So every night I was working out 95 minutes (probably 70 of that cardio), I cut back to 60-70 (now about 30-40 cardio), plus I eat more, and I've lost weight! It seems like eating more and cutting back work out time would be a bad thing, but it was so good! I've been lifting weights since I started losing weight, so I kept…

Hang in there! I know how frustrating it is, but if you push through, you will get there.

I didn't lose an ounce for over 6 months, I upped my calories to TDEE - 20% and have dropped about 4.5 pounds in a month. It's working for me! And I love eating more!
-
Thanks guys! I guess maybe I am getting my metabolism going again. To whoever asked - it took about 2-3 weeks for this crazy hunger to hit. I was actually too full at the start because I wasn't used to eating so much. Now I can't get enough! But heck, I'm losing weight like crazy, so I'll keep eating and enjoying it :) I'm…

Bump :)

Congratulations! You look awesome!

Way to go!

I'm so sorry for your loss. You look FAB. Truly inspiring! Good luck with the rest of your weight loss, I know you'll get there.

Fabulous!

I'm 5'3" - Started at 213 pounds and am at 119.5. My ultimate goal weight is 113. I will get there - one day!

AMAZING!! Congratulations!!!

Ummm there's no way I could work out in the morning. I am a walking disaster any time before noon and would probably collapse if I tried to exercise. I am a night owl and have tons of energy at night, so that's when I work out.
