I've been wondering the same thing. I eat some of them but not all of them. I've been hesitant. Any advice you guys have I would appreciate it.

Once you put in your vitals you will have a better gauge of what you should be doing. If you still aren't losing then you need to evaluate what makes up your calories a day. If that doesn't work, I would talk to my doctor.

I have been taking biotin and a 3-6-9 fish oil a while. I have been doing the fish oil complex and just about 4 months ago I added the boitin. I haven't noticed any side effects but I also haven't noticed any assistance with weight loss. They seem to help with skin and nails. May be they will work for you. Good luck.
