Some coffee cake for breakfast. Dinner is Prime Rib roast, Yorkshire Pudding, creamed spinach, and some kind of cake/pie for dessert.

I add a 1/2 T of brown sugar, 1 T of apricot preserves, some diced dried apricot, and a few broken up walnut halves. Oatmeal never fills me up, though. I find that grits with cheese and chopped up Canadian bacon, maybe even a poached egg on top, keeps me full until lunch.

I had both procedures at the same time. Right before I went under I reminded the doc not to use the same instrument for both ends. I was allowed jello, broth, and ICE CREAM the day before.

I still have apple pie to attend to. When I finish that task I am all over it!

I have a fitbit one. It is an older model, but it works fine for tracking steps, activity, and sleep. MFP tells me how many calories I have earned, but don't have it set to add them in. I am asking for a Jawbone up3 for Christmas.

My two favorite snacks lately are shrimp and cocktail sauce or mini cucumbers and ranch dip.

I tried it and gave it up after I messed up all my underwear. That orange stuff does not wash out very well. Anyway, I don't think eating fat causes fat. I am all over crispy chicken skin, butter, full fat mayo and am still down almost 60 lbs.

I think I would feel very happy with a big piece of chocolate cake. Don't be sad.

I make potato pancakes with leftover mashed potatoes. I add any leftover gravy to my turkey vegetable soup. Leftover stuffing is good on a turkey sandwich. Thanksgiving is once a year, enjoy!

I went on The Grapefruit Diet when I was in my early 20s. I fainted at work and had to be driven home.

I add low fat cottage cheese to tuna and use less mayo. I add broccoli slaw to fried rice to bulk it up and add more veggies.

I like to saute onions and mushrooms and then add the squash in the last 10 min. or so. It doesn't get too mushy that way. I'll sometimes add cooked brown rice and some cheese to that and bake it in a casserole dish with more cheese on top.

Potato chips, applesauce, and iceberg lettuce. Reminds me of my meals when I was 19 and dinosaurs still roamed the earth. I ended up in the hospital with malnutrition and anemia. I should have eaten one of those dinosaurs for protein.

I ate 3 chocolate truffles today and I am way past menopause. It fit into my calorie allotment.

You can add me. I've been dieting since I was 16 and am now 61. I had weight loss surgery in Dec. 2013 and have lost 59 lbs. I kind of lost my way for a while after surgery, but am back on track now.
