You could always add your own food, or add what MFP calls "Quick Calories" AND make sure you check the serving size is correct with what you are eating.

Your body probably needed some sort of energy after the workout in the pool. I sometimes feel lightheaded after I workout, and a snack makes me feel better.

You should look thru some topics on protein to figure out how much you ACTUALLY need. MFP is very low, my goal for protein is only about 60 grams, but I calculated that I need about 170 grams for my body weight. This is really hard, even with shakes.

That is what I am used to doing, different muscles each day, but I wanted to go a different route with this new approach and do a full-body split, three days a week. Seems harder than I thought, maybe because I have never done it before also.
