Could be a reason why I am so tired during the day, especially in the evening. I will tone down the protein and up the carbs and see what happens.

Yep, I make sure of that since I do A LOT of heavy lifts / strength training. I am getting around 200g of protein a day.

I've learned that counting and stick to your macro count, will lead to hitting you caloric goal. I tend to go over on protein, but carb intake you should judge by how you feel during the day, before/after workouts, etc.

Favorite: Pullups and front squats any day of the week!!! Least Favorite: High reps of wall balls, and thrusters are a living nightmare of mine.

Wait...you do this workout everyday? If so; you probably have a severe case of overtraining. Your muscles need time to heal. One day NOT at the gym won't kill you, believe me.

I really think my body is getting in better shape. I was able to get it past 90% a couple of times last night when I REALLY pushed it (which makes sense since 90% is almost 100% :laugh:) Burned a total of 1009 calories in about 75 minutes. Felt great! Thanks everyone!

All I know is that the Mexican Tortilla Salad cannot be 500 calroies...avocado sour cream dressing, tortilla chips on top, on the bottom, beans...I can't see how it is possibly so low, but it is SOOO good.

There is really no accurate way to measure calories without a HRM since everyone's body compositions are differeint (height, weight, resting heart rate, working rate, etc.). You should invest in an HRM honestly, amazing tool.
