Mel, your post has got me thinking, I was counting the days until the flex comes out in the uk, now I am not so sure. I have heard quite a few views concerning the flex, mostly are disappointing. I wanted something that I could wear on my wrist all the time. The fitbit one looks very good but I wouldn't remember to clip it…

Sorry everyone, I've had to pull out of this challenge, my back wasn't enjoying the amount of sit ups I was doing. I wish everyone lots of luck with this months challenge.

Hi everyone, I am 5ft 1, weight is132 lbs, want to get down to 126lbs but the scales haven't moved for a couple of months now. I eat roughly 1400 calories each day and exercise 4/5 times a week and eat most of my exercise calories. I am thinking of upping my calories for a while to see if I can get my weight going down…

These stories are amazing, after reading them I want to go out and run, run and run. I won't though as I am going to bed soon but a huge thank you all for your postings. They have given me real hope that I can run, albeit a bit slow but I will be a running ( one day ) :happy:

Hi, I am running outside, the air is quite damp at the moment so hasn't help with my asthma but I would rather run outside than on a treadmill. Also I am so with you about the cars going by. 5k in 26 minutes is a great time, well done. You must be so pleased to be back running. I am on my 2nd week of C25K, I never thought it would be so difficult to run for 60 seconds but this morning I managed 90 seconds, Rome wasn't built in a day. ;-) I can't wait to run my first 5k.

So many people will tell you this.... Eat more. Add about 300 calories each day. I started at 1200 calories and after a few weeks my weight wouldn't shift. Everyone told me to eat more, I was so scared but its true, eat more to lose more. Good luck. xx

Mel, I took note of your message this morning, Greek yogurt is ok, am going to fill up on cottage cheese when I next go shopping as that's good for protein. I also love salmon but have that a lot. x

Weighed myself this morning, I am 132 lbs, my April goal is to be 126 lbs so need to lose 6 lbs. As I am only 5ft 1 I would love to be lighter but I think 126 lbs is a good start. xxx

Count me in, 2 weeks ago I was 130 lbs, however I got married last week and have only just got back from my honeymoon. I know I've put on weight but won't weigh until Tuesday. I think I am probably about 134/135 by now so I need to lose my wedding holiday weight so depending on how much I weigh depends on how much I need…
