Having a nibbling plate for lunch everyday and I snack on it over 2-3 hours while I work so I don't get hungry and reach for quick junk food. I found tea bags from traditional medicinals and its called weightless. Its dandelion, cranberry and other natural herbs and used to alleviate water retention temporarily. it tastes lovely, no caffeine and no over the counter diet pills that could be harmful to your body.

i love tossing cauliflower in a bowl with a bit of olive oil, parmesan cheese, parsley, and the lemon herb spice from pc blue menu. then roast it in the oven until browned.

I gained a lot of weight with the shot but now we are trying a lower dose pill. Maybe you need to ask for somthing with a lower amount of hormones.

I gained about 40lbs in the first 4 to 6 months of being on depo. My doctor tried to tell me the Depo wasn't the problem. I tried exercising and eating right for over a year and just couldn't loose anything. I did have 50lbs to loose but I am already down 13... but friends are always welcome :)

I have attempted both options. When i was eating back my workout calories, I didnt loose anytthing. I had to stop eating them all back before I started to see any results. I am still trying to eat back about 1/3 of what I burn since I started Insanity and need the fuel.

I can burn around 800 calories in an hour on the treadmill if I work at the highest incline setting!

I post my entire days meal plan first thing in the morning! This keeps me within my goal before exercising. Then as I workout, I top up my calories.

one of my trainers suggested a light 10 minutes of cardio right after weight lifting. its supposed to release some of the toxins produced in your body. It works well for me!
