I think what she means is that after losing weight, and that person wants a tattoo, should they get one right away? Or should they make sure they can keep the weight off before getting the work done? I'd vote make sure the weight stays off, first, unless it's somewhere that a little extra fat won't make it look bad.

I will be you a dime to a dollar that if you continue eating normally the rest of the week, you will still lose the same amount of weight this week as you have been. Your body can't pack away all 2250 calories, plus whatever else you ate yesterday. It's a system overload. A lot of "gurus" will tell you that one binge day…

I *try* to abide by the "eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper" rule. About 450 calories for breakfast, followed at 1045 by greek yogurt, lunch around 1, snack around 4, then dinner around 7.
