  • I'm 51 (getting close to 52) and have lost about 60 pounds in the past 6 months. I think the biggest difference at this age is you have to do both the diet AND the exercise. I used to be able to drop pounds just walking more or doing an occasional work-out, but now I feel like I need to get 30-60 minutes of heart pounding…
