I eat any kind I want and its not always the healthy option I just eat serving size and I always add some chopped pecans or walnuts for some protein.

it depends on how long of a workout if I am pressed for time and only doing 30 min no food...longer workout a handful of trail mix and drink 2 cups of water before workout but never a big breakfast yuk:sick:

I sometimes zap me some oatmeal made w/water..........my favorite is Quaker's Raisin,date and walnut flavor(140 c) + 1 tbsp of PB2(23 c) so for around 163 calories you have a stick to your ribs snack :tongue: yummy

I decided to just eat Jiff which is my favorite but I buy the portion control packages to limit myself. I have bought the natural kind in the past and it just doesnt do it for me so I end up wasting my money and yes PB 2 is great I use that for my oatmeal and protein shakes but just for pb jelly sandwich its Jiff.

I say as long as you are losing weight continue as you are only when u hit a platue should you evaluate and cut back.

I just say I am trying the E.L.F. diet..........Eat less food and walking as long as the word diet is mentioned they seem content

speaking of aldi's they have the best chicken noodle soup. I get the homestyle kind and I add pepperflakes and garlic powder to add some kick very yummy:tongue:

I love Herbalifes pumpking spice it is yummy but u can only get it around christmas time so I always hoard a bunch...has anyone tried Jay robbs protein shakes?

I am almost 40 and no kids.....and like someone who stated earlier being latina with no kids very rare...I don't hate them so maybey one year I might adopt since my eggs are getting old:laugh:
