I'm 5'4, 130 lbs and hoping to cut down to 115-120ish, but am probably just going to end up going by however my body looks best. I just started last week so not a lot of progress has been made, but if anyone has any advice please message me and add me as a friend! I could use some motivation.. :)

Yeah, it's great! My legs are already a little sore and I was sweating and breathing hard during it so it's definitely doing something. I didn't feel like ordering it so I've been doing it based off of a super fit girl on youtube and it's actually crazy that she can keep up with it so well. Ahh someday...

I just did my first day of Insanity today and boy was it hard.. so I could definitely use someone to help keep me on track too :)

During the day drinking a lot of cold water is supposed to help boost it (not sure if this is proven or not, but drinking lots of water is always good!). Another thing you can try is high intensity interval training or HIIT which you can google for more details and workouts. It's supposed to be the best workout for…
