  • Realized I forgot to check in last week :-s SW: 178.5 W1: 176.0 (loss 2.5lbs) Making myself step on the scale tomorrow.
  • Breakfast was vanilla greek yogurt, banana, and coffee Lunch today is a spinach salad with goat cheese, a tablespoon of craisins, a tablespoon of toasted walnuts, and balsamic vinegrette made with olive oil. I have not thought at all about dinner yet.
  • My goal is to stay within my calories each day, especially since I don't know when I'll be able to do real exercise again since I hurt my foot. I want to be down 10 lbs. by Jan. 2, which could be possible if I can start working out again within the next week.

  • My weight today is 178.5 - up 6 since the last time I weighed in a few weeks ago. Goal: lose 10 lbs by Jan. 2. Final goal: 159 lbs.
  • I'm in! I started to slip before the holidays started and I need to get back on track NOW.
  • I love to run with music. I keep it low enough so I can hear it, but still hear outside noises like traffic and my breathing. I have run without it, and used the sites around me to take me to that same place. I find that my Garmin with HRM is what keeps me on track the most during my runs.
  • You can definitely do it! Just alter your runs for the week so that you have 2-3 shorter runs, with one long run to work up to 5mi. Good luck!
  • I've been on here for a few months, but usually just to track. I've been running for a little over a year, give or take a few months for illnesses. I'm training for my first 10K, and looking to do a half marathon next fall. Feel free to add me.
