I was upset that my butt could not fit in the slide at the park with my little girl. I realized that this is just going to be the first challenge of my life as a mommy if I didn't change things.

For me it is pm snacking. Once I am resting for the night I just want to snack. And I mean salty snack.

1. Needing a new wardrobe for every season like a toddler (which I LOVE). 2. Realizing that I actually enjoy healthy food, and now my family does too. Even the 3 year old will eat most of it.

Hello ladies, I am a full time working mom and a very fun and energetic 3 year old girl. I have already lost my pregnancy weight but I am now trying to lose the pre-getting comfortable with my hubby weight. We met and I ballooned up. I have already lost 96 pounds with about another 50 to go. Good Luck Ladies - Jen

My goals for this month: 1. Eat as little processed sugar as I can 2. Exercise at least 5 days a week for at least 20 minutes 3. Drink at least 12 glasses of water a day. Good luck ladies on your goals.
