hmmm... I eat real butter instead of margarine I use spaghetti squash instead of noodles for spaghetti (any other sauce needs real noodles) I cut out most processed foods and make my own version instead Otherwise I just watch my serving size

5 month to lose 50 pounds then another year to lose the other 50 :)

I have lost 100 pounds with out using more then a measuring cup. Even then it is for more high calorie foods such as rice. I just try my best to stick to portion sizes, get enough sleep and maintain a positive outlook on life. Best of luck, Jen

One of my favorites is spaghetti with spaghetti squash instead of noodles. You could have a large portion for under 400 calories
