My go to breakfast is a peanut butter, a sprinkle of ground flax and apple wrapped in a high fiber, low carb tortilla

For the sweet potatoes I LOVE sticking it in the microwave for about 5 minutes (like a bakers potato), cut it in half and squish in a slice of laughing cow cheese. YUMMY. That is actually what I had for dinner tonight.

135 done today. this is def. a challenge for me. I started doing squats with my class of toddlers. This challenge has started me doing a lot of exercises with them and they love it which helps me get in all that I want to in a day.

Breakfast is usually a peanut butter and apple with ground flax on a whole wheat tortilla. Lunch is usually a big salad with light ranch, yogurt, and either a cheese stick or fruit.

I have still been going strong. I just have not had a chance to post every day.

I usually have a low carb wrap with peanut butter, ground flax and either 1/2 an apple or a banana. It is fast, easy, delish, and portable.
