Vegetarian who tries to make a lot of vegan choices. I'm a student, so the only thing standing in my way is that fully vegan options are sometimes out of my price range.

I work in the bakery at a Canadian Walmart Supercentre. I buy almost all my groceries there because I get a lovely 10% discount and it's convenient. Sometimes the produce is crap but it's that way everywhere here because it's so far to ship. We have ridiculous cleaning standards, in comparison to the grocery store I worked…

It's not net it's total. On very rare days I'll eat back some of my exercise calories but they're few and far between.
-
I weigh everything I eat and I'm fine on 1200.
-
I'm on 1200 and I always have been. It's very rare that I go over and if I do it's within the exercise calories I've burned. I have no problem with it, you just need to pick food that's going to fill you up.

If it's the same liquids you use all the time then measure out the serving it says on the product and weigh it. For example measure out 250mL and discover that's it's 247 grams. Write it down somewhere so you have a reference for what the serving is. If you do that, it should work :)

I work at a Walmart and I see people all around me in the lunch room going to the in store McDonald's (that we even get a discount at) for lunch all the time. And almost all of them are bigger. When I don't feel like making a lunch I walk the five minutes from the punch clock to Subway and get a 330 calorie sub. You can…

THIIIIIS!!! And then you accidentally forget it and it's the worst day ever.
-
If you're really hungry on a day, feel free to eat some of them back. Try not to eat all of them as myfitnesspal tends to overestimate calorie burns. People who do eat back their calories usually only eat back 50%

I love my charge HR. I find it makes calorie logging super accurate. With the combination of MFP and fitbit, I log my food on MFP. Just be aware that if you back to your food diary for a previous day about 100-200 of the calories it said you burned will be gone (if you allow negative calorie adjustments). Dunno why, just…

Well that's the unfortunate side of "eat less, sweat more. I get more pimples too, but I've never had bad skin.

You look amazing! Great progress! :)

https://www.fitbit.com/user/2X89V9 Finally got a my new Charge HR after losing my old flex at a trampoline park

If you get the Charge HR, it monitors your heart rate as well for even greater accuracy. So it will know you're working hard even when it's something without a lot of arm movement, ie. biking.

Yes, you have an eating disorder. It would be EDNOS (eating disorder not otherwise specified). Please seek medical attention immediately.

I'm 5'4" on the dot with a goal of 118 to 120 :)

Ya I'm sooooo not allowed to do that. There's big signs everywhere that say gym equipment must remain in the room. I'd also have to take 50 lbs of weights haha.
-
It's terrifying! And I know, I'm working on it. I'm going when there's almost no one there right now, and eventually I'll start going when there's more people.

I have been over there and I have worked out there before, as I've already said. I felt very uncomfortable, as did my workout partner (who is male fyi) so we decided to go to the other area. That's it. As a result I wanted exercises I can do instead of barbell squats. I'm aware that I shouldn't care and I should be able to…

I enjoy how everyone is assuming all I do is cardio and Zumba. Nuh uh. When I'm at the gym (every other day), it's a cardio warm up and the rest is all strength exercises. The other days are when I do cardio.
-
Haha oops. The only area with barbells in our athletic facility is filled with people who could break me in half and the only females I've ever seen in there are varsity athletes. Better?
-
I do lift, the other gym has everything except a barbell. I know I'm being a wimp about it. And nope, the two areas are actually in different buildings that are connected by a tunnel. It's not like I'm refusing to go to one area of a room. I just prefer to work out in the female friendly area and would rather do all my…

I do other leg exercises so that's not an issue, I just really enjoyed doing squats. I have gone over before and unless it's almost empty it's not an option. I feel way too uncomfortable and from my experiences over there, they're not really "nice helpful guys." Thanks for the goblet and split squat suggestions!

I just woke up and I can say this has already made my day.

Google chrome and adblock. Therefore no ads. Fixes one problem, and the medication sucks super hard *hugs*
