  • Are you mixing the spaghetti and broccoli?
  • That's what I try to do. I jog/walk on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. On Wednesday and Friday, I do 30 day shred or use my resistance bands. On Sunday or Monday I do yoga with nothing on the other day.
