Looking for some supportive friends. I have been on and off with myfitnesspal for 3 years. Great success 2011 lost over 45 lbs. Life got alittle more hectic and I've put back 16 lbs!!!

My victory of the day.....Is that I finally told someone how much I weigh....273lbs and that even though I put on 2 lbs this week I will not crumble and eat my disappointment away as I would have done in the past.

I rely on Reduced Sugar Oatmeal in the morning and occasionally before bed. It really helps to keep me satisfied and there are so many flavours. I also picked up an air popping popcorn maker. Again, it helps me because it allows me to have 3 cups for very little calories. And Jello Gel Packs....there are different flavours…
