Hi, I have a shoulder injury as well. I can't swim or weight train anymore. And as for a couple of days, I again feel pain in my ankle (I got a sprained ankle a few months ago) :-(((

I don't know about the one, I have the ultra but there's also 1 button. but yes it's like the sleep mode. then you have to log your activity on mfp, with start and finish time.

Hi, I set my activity level on "sedentary" on both mfp and fitbit. I try not to forget my fitbit when I leave in the morning and it's that easy! Same problem here but unfortunately I don't think there's much to do about it. My parents were very athletic and as a teenager I was too. Even when I had 25pounds less than now I've always had big calves. I'm a runner and tennis player so.... I'll try strectching as someone said above.

I sometimes eat very late in the evening/night, sometimes my days are so crazy...but I'd never go to bed on an empty stomach. It's true that when it's really late my dinner is more of a snack but 9 is not that late...

Hi, I have the same problem,about 20 pounds to lose, always within my calorie limit but the weight won't come off...so this week I tried longer exercise (45 to 75mn) but with a low heart beat...and lost 1lb I know it's not a lot but I hope it's just a start.
