On Super Bowl Sunday I cheated quite a bit during supper/the game and had a horrible "hang over" Monday. I started back up Monday and Tuesday and am feeling great again! There is something about mint that makes you not want to eat. I can't remember what it is exactly, but I try to do that too. I used to have a snack before bed, but when my mouth is minty fresh, I don't want to. :)
