  • Down 3lbs this week. Was a great week! Went for a 5 mile jog Tuesday night and then a 3 mile jog last night. Going to start my lifting routine again after I drop another 10lbs. Lost 22lbs in 6 weeks!

  • Lost another pound this week... Wish it could have been more but at least I didn't gain anything. Down 16 pounds total since I started on here about 4 weeks ago. I think I'm going to try to start eating a larger breakfast and slowly decrease my meal sizes as I go throughout the day. Have a great weekend everyone!

  • I'll have to try to eat back some of the calories I am burning from working out then. I don't really wanna drop the weight this fast, would like to be right around 2lbs a week. I'll have to start adding some more calories and see how that affects my weekly weigh ins.
