Bought a new belt a few months ago and I could barely wear it using the first notch. This morning I cinched up my pants and am proud to say that I on the last notch of that belt. Time to start looking for a new one or punch some holes in the current one!

I tend to over estimate my caloric intake when eating somewhere that isn't easy to log for food. That way I know that I'm staying under my daily goal.

My daughter (20 months old) woke up early this morning and threw a wrench into my normal morning workout routine. Went down another notch on my belt this morning and I can almost comfortably fit back into one of my dress shirts from college. A couple more weeks and I should be able to break it out of my closet again.

I also opened my diary in case anyone would like to share any tips for me to consider. We're both still in the process of learning what our bodies need and gaining knowledge so we can make this a lifestyle change instead of it just being another "diet". Thanks again for all the feedback.

I was 365 at my biggest in June 2008 and now I've been bouncing around 280 to 290 for the past year. Hoping to get down to 250 by next summer. Great work everyone!!
