I'm 5'3" and at 115 I still had comfortable room to lose another 5. Instead I gained 30. So my big flabby self is now working back to 115. I've decided that works well for me!

I'm on day 2 of the challenge--I'm looking forward to getting through it and seeing results! I'm a meat eater, but I haven't had the appetite for much meat here lately.
