It's so true that in order to lose the last few lbs you really have to log carefully. There just isn't a lot of room left for error. I have about 3 lbs left before I hit my goal, and it's been the toughest part for me to get through these last 5 lbs. I'm trying to focus hard and get through it in the nest 13 days. :)

I loved how I felt when I was preggers. In fact, my "relationship" with my husband was off the charts during that time. But afterwards.... Not so much. I ended up needing to lose 30 lbs after delivery, and things still don't look the way they used to. *sigh* My plan is to work out like a rock star and then save up my cash…

I totally get what you're saying. I have noticed that I will go for a while eating well and exercising, and then I seem to rebel big time. I know it's my own issue, but my head just won't let me be so perfect and controlled all the time. It had helped to just accept that about myself. If I acknowledge it, it seems to…

I tend to eat less during the day, so that I can treat myself with an awesome dinner and sometimes dessert. I usually have 600-800 kcal left before dinner. It hasn't slowed my weight loss to eat this way.

It really is tough, isn't it?! I have a 19 mth old who is in daycare full time during the day. The last thing I'm willing to do is put her in the gym daycare at night. So, I get up extra early and workout before she wakes up, or I wait until she goes to bed at night. I like the jogging stroller, too, but my girl only has…

You look GREAT, and thanks for your honesty. I have some loose skin on my stomach after pregnancy and am planning to have another baby next year. I was hoping I could diet it away. It's good for me to adjust my expectations a bit.

Awesome results! Congratulations! I'm picking up the program again after a week off for the holidays. Hoping my results are as good as yours. :)

I ruptured my PF while jogging two weeks after giving birth (what was I thinking?!?). The recovery took about 16 months. Here's what helped me the most... 1) wearing orthotics 100% of the time. I have a pair in my slippers and was only ever barefoot in the shower. Now I will walk around the house barefoot sometimes, but…

I just started this week, and I'm on day 4. I just finished her Ripped in 30 program, so I was worried that the first JMBR workouts would be too easy. HA! I'm doing the "advanced version" of many of the moves and I'm so sore! I really haven't exercised regularly in the last two years (high-risk pregnancies, followed by…

I just got started with JMBR yesterday, and I finished her Ripped in 30 program the day before that. I absolutely love JM's workouts. I have an 18mth old daughter and a full time job, so 30 min per day is perfect for me! Like you, I'm a morning exerciser. I just feel so much better starting my day that way. I'm almost…

How's it going, Cristie? I am on week 3 of RI30, and it's really tough! Some of the moves, I have no choice but to modify. I am definitely getting stronger, though. The first week I lost 3 lbs, but Thanksgiving screwed me up last week. D'oh! Several years ago, I did 30DS along with jogging to prep for my wedding. I was in…
