I like Premier Protein (well like may be stretching it...) Chocolate flavor from Sams or Costco. Ready to Drink and have 160 calories, 5 carbs and 30 grams of protein. I have heard the New Whey shots of protein somehow are not digested by your body and therefore not of any value. I have no idea if this is true or not.
