  • Thanks Bigsal that totally makes sense my thinking was i could 10 calories and burn 100 and lose weight. Apparently that is not the case. I'll keep with it and see what happens!

  • The intensity of my work outs are as follows, I do Jillian Micheals last chance workout or p90x cardio or Biggest loser cardio max. So the intensity is there. I do either one of these at least 5 times a week. I have lupus sometimes 4.
