my big pink ball. Even if I'm not using t for exercise, just sitting on that when I watch tv instead of the couch uses more muscles and burns more calories. Its awesome.. kids that i babysit love it too. its like a giant bouncy ball. haha

Hi! I always drink apple cider vinegar in water. I don't do it for metabolism, I've never heard of that.. if it's true than cool, that's a bonus.. haha. I do it to prevent UTIs which I used to get a lot of, but not anymore since I've been drinking that. I actually think it tastes good too. Take care!

The best thing I can tell you is to keep moving.. literally. I will make a veggie sandwich, cut it in half.. sit down, eat half and get up immedietly and start doing housework.
