hi there. i actually quit weight watchers when it seemed like no matter how close to my point range i was in I kept going up .2 or .4 when i was so close to goal. I find that using myfitnesspal has been so much better for me. it seems like the tracking is so much better. Take it one day at a time. Write down everything…
