I don't have a cure for it but I do know that putting the food you eat in here will help a little. Hungry or not, if you see what you have eaten, you are less apt to eat more. I have the same problem. I find that if I can distract my mind, even for a few minutes, I'm okay. This year I took up knitting. When I get the munchies, and I'm not really hungry, I pick up my knitting while watching TV. If that doesn't work, I'll find a quick exercise for the commercial break. Maybe scoot my bum off the…
