First things first, I HATE cooked oatmeal. Wayyyy too mushy. I eat raw, old fashioned oats mixed with peanut butter, kinda like an oatmeal cookie. :) So good. I put that on yogurt, cottage cheese, eat it with blackberries, apples, etc. I've heard cacao nibs, maple syrup, or coconut also go well.

Before I bought my weights, I used maxcapacitytraining.com (all bodyweight exercises, but pretty intense) for 12 weeks and it was pretty awesome. :glasses: There's even a FREE app that you can use to help time yourself and record your workouts! Just another suggestion. :smile:

Try bananas instead of/ or with other types of fruit. If I use bananas, there is no need for me to put in sugar. Also, I always try to put in nuts or peanut butter, because without any fat in the smooothie, your body is not going to absorb the nutrients in the leafy greens very well.
