Free samples at Sam's Club make great and inexpensive lunches. Just don't eat three of the warm brownie samples in a row and you should be ok. Seriously though. Lentils. Beans. Tuna. Cottage cheese and milk (when they're on sale). Baby spinach. These forever will be my cheap, extremely customizable meal staples.

I run (jog) 2x a week: one short, harder run midweek, and then a longer run on Saturday. Between days it's at least one day of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and 2-3 days of heavy lifting.
