I will!!!!! I also eat way to much so I will join you in this challenge. I think a little bit of dark chocolate is good for you but not as much as I eat. My thought is after the challenge I will be able to eat it in healthy portions.

Thats a really good idea. I use cream and sugar in my coffee. Does the vanilla whey give it a sweet taste? I could start doing that instead of the cream and sugar and it would be better for me, but I like my coffee sweet.

I'm in. Did the crunches yesterday, but had to break it up into 30 at a time and I will have to do the same with the push up. Thanks for the mini- challenges they really help me get motivated to exercise.

I would kinda like to run also, but I walk a mile everyday and tried to run for just one minute during the walk and that was kinda hard. I guess I should try to do it again tomorrow and It should get easier. I know I am out shape I only have 25 more pounds to lose , but my heart is out of shape . Its not used to me getiing…

I would also like ideas for using hand weights and any exercise ideas to help firm chest muscles.
